GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

The Women Who Empower Scholarship Fund ensures greater opportunities for Northeastern’s female undergraduates who demonstrate merit and need. Individual and corporate support nurtures these women’s potential for leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurship, and helps prepare them for academic and professional success.

You may make a gift online or by calling Valerie Paquette at 617.373.8901.

“Showcasing accomplished women, recognizing the impact of their leadership, and demonstrating the compelling reasons for their professional and personal successes are the key elements of Women Who Empower. As a donor, I am pleased to support these efforts to acknowledge women for their leadership, foster mentors, and ignite opportunities for women at every level.”

—Henry Nasella, UC’77, H’08, Past Chair of Northeastern’s Board of Trustees

THE PARENTS FUND

Gifts to the Parents Fund support vital aspects of the undergraduate program, including scholarships, academic programmatic innovations, co-op, cultural activities, and residential life. University leaders direct these funds to areas of greatest need and importance. However, parents may choose to direct their Parent Fund gift to their child’s academic program, sports team, or other specific purpose that is especially meaningful to them.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to providing crucial financial support, all parents can take advantage of opportunities to become further engaged with Northeastern. For example, parents may:

  • Sponsor a co-op opportunity at their place of business, accept an invitation to speak at one of our classes, or serve on a panel of experts
  • Provide a service or product that enhances an academic or athletic program
  • Host an accepted student send-off party or parent engagement reception
